How does Associated Transportation Service Inc. differ from other Logistics Providers?
We have been in business for over 20 years providing consistent outstanding service. In that time frame, we still service many of the same customers we started with back in the early 1980’s. And through those years we have learned the formula for providing the kind of service our customers require. We understand we are only as good as the last load we handled for our customers. Therefore, all of energies go into each shipment we handle.
What are the hours of service?
Currently, we are open Monday through Friday 6am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time. We also have emergency contact 24/7 by simply following the prompts when calling our normal phone lines.
Does Associated Transportation Service Inc. have other terminals?
No. We are a central control and central dispatch operation. Our feeling is we can do a better job with less service failure by keeping all operations under one roof.
Does Associated Transportation Service Inc. maintain proper carrier files?
We have procedures in place to ensure all carriers are fully compliant to handle the freight of our customers. All carriers must go through a process that includes (but not limited to) insurance compliance, Operating Authority compliance, and DOT verification. This is followed by a contractual agreement entered into by both parties.
Does Associated Transportation Service Inc. maintain Contingent Cargo Insurance?
We are currently covered up to $100,000.00.

We have built our reputation on honest, fair and prompt compensation. Furthermore, we don’t consider our job done as soon as the load is on your truck. When can I expect settlement?
We pay within 30 days. A quick pay program is available for payments within 3 days.
